Sierra M. Clark
Sierra M. Clark is a Heart-Centered Communication and Social Emotional Integration Strategist dedicated to helping individuals, families, organizations, and communities build stronger connections through intentional communication and personal transformation. A Florida native and lifelong resident of St. Petersburg, Sierra's journey has been shaped by lived experiences navigating generational challenges, systemic disparities, and life's many transitions. Rather than allowing those experiences to define her, she transformed them into a purpose-driven mission to help others heal, grow, and thrive.
For more than 25 years, Sierra has served in support and care roles, discovering that many of the struggles people face—stress, conflict, emotional overwhelm, and disconnection—are rooted in a breakdown between the heart, the mind, and lived experience. Her work focuses on helping people reconnect with themselves and others by creating practical, heart-centered strategies that foster emotional awareness, healthier relationships, and meaningful communication. Known for her welcoming spirit, genuine compassion, and ability to make others feel seen and heard, Sierra has become a trusted voice of encouragement and guidance for countless individuals.
As the creator of the Organized AXIS Ecosystem (OAE) Framework, Sierra has developed a structured yet adaptable model that integrates personal development, communication, and community engagement. Designed for use in community programs, educational settings, organizations, and family environments, her framework provides practical tools that empower people to move beyond survival patterns and build authentic, sustainable lives. Through her intentionally Unconventional—Rated U approach, Sierra meets people where they are, helping them discover clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose.
Through her signature platform, It's A Heart Thang™, Sierra brings together communication, creative expression, and community engagement to cultivate environments where people feel supported, families feel strengthened, and communities feel heard. Her mission is to inspire personal Impowerment by transforming systemic struggles into opportunities for growth and connection. Sierra believes that lasting change begins within the heart and grows stronger through community, creating a ripple effect that empowers people to live their stories with purpose, courage, and authenticity.

Have You Encountered Her?
Sierra takes the saying “put yourself, in my shoes” literally. Sierra finds joy in doing unto others, as she would do unto herself. There is no question why she’s embodys the spirit of community around her city, She's mentored at a few local high schools and elementary schools. Whether it’s a community event, a room of 500+ individuals, a corporate team building work/play shop, a private consultation, a more intimate experience in a local park with a small group of people, or an online webinars.
When doing anything her desire is to connect with the hearts of those she encounters. Her delivery is intentional and from the heart as if those were her shoes, the individual are not comfortable in, or as if she was sitting in the audience and needed a present help in time of trouble.
Comminity Business
I didn't spell it wrong.... I'm aware that to have UNITY in the community it starts with me. So I intentionally spell it this way, because it's a reminder for myself. I must be the change I want to see, I must say something if I see something, and I must see the part I play in making my community streets safe. For me, the I comes before the U- unity.
